Excel Concrete was commissioned by Australia Zoo to help build their new Crocodile Hunter Lodge. Nestled in the Australian flora and fauna native to the Glass House Mountains, Excel Concrete was contracted to complete the foundation, polished concrete flooring and exterior concrete landscaping including a 25m pool. We are honoured to be a part of furthering Steve Irwin’s legacy.
Excel Concrete was contracted to provide the concreting supply for remodelling the SkyNeedle Apartments, a series of over 200 apartments in a dual-tower design. These towers are famous for the iconic SkyNeedle built over 30 years ago for the ‘88 Brisbane Expo. Construction began in 2017 and finished in 2019.
Berlasco Aged Care Centre expanded its services through the construction of a new, state-of-the-art, technologically advanced, culturally sensitive facility. Construction is now complete for the contemporary designed building with a variety of outdoor zones. Paynters, the lead builder for this project, contracted Excel Concrete to supply a variety of concreting solutions to suit their design and requirements.
