Excel Concrete is excited to introduce ECOPact – a lower carbon concrete that reduces embodied carbon of concrete by 30-60% without the use of offsets. The ECOPact lower carbon concrete range can reduce the embodied carbon in concrete for commercial buildings, infrastructure and residential homes allowing you to reduce the environmental impact of your project.
You can actively contribute to the global environmental conversion efforts by using ECOPact in your next project. Combining the very best qualities of conventional concrete, ECOPact is available in a variety of mixes, strength classes and applications making it suitable for any project, commercial, industrial or residential.
The construction industry currently accounts for a fifth of Australia’s annual greenhouse gas emissions. ECOPact allows Excel Concrete to tackle this challenge and provide a potentially carbon zero solution. In an Australian first, Excel Concrete now provides the opportunity to offset embodied carbon from ready-mix concrete. Known as ECOPactZERO, this means the concrete component of your project can be 100% carbon neutral through the use of offsetting.
